Papale is a Primitivo Di Manduria from the Puglia wine region in Italy. Produced from hand-harvested grapes and aged in French and American oak. You will find layers of blackberry, violet, smoke and anise along with spice on the flavoursome Zinfandel. This would be great with grilled steaks or smoked ribs.
