Litchfield Distillery was created in 2014 in Connecticut by brother who got bored by their family bottled water company and decided to do something a little more fun. Litchfield's Batchers' Straight Bourbon Whiskey is an award winning bourbon that has been aged 8 years and is made of a 70% corn mash. The whiskey has an aroma of dark fruit and oak. The palate is has notes of vanilla, oak and butterscotch. The finish is smooth but peppery. A great spirit for sipping or creating cocktails.
