John Glaser’s latest Compass Box creation is an innovative marriage of Calvados and Scotch Whisky. Affinity balances fruity, ripe apple notes against rich spices. Using whiskies from Craigellachie Distillery in Speyside and a selection of Highland distilleries, the fruity, tart Calvados from Domaine Christian Drouin mingles with malty, spicy vanilla notes of the whisky.
